I was so excited to be interviewed by Mandy Curry from Healthy Kids, Inc – I’ll be talking about them a lot because I LOVE what they do! They are an integrated meal planner from seed to table, so be sure to check out their website.
Anyway, we talked about things you can do to help minimize the symptoms of ADHD in children, and I talked about MSG and other ingredients in food that can contribute to ADHD symptoms in kids – some that even provoke symptoms in kids who don’t have ADHD! Check out the video to find out what these ingredients are, and how you can find them on the food labels, including ones that are “hidden.”
And if you want to grab my “3 (Surprising) Food Ingredients to Avoid in Food” guide that I mention in the video, you can get it here.
